Projects & One-Time Support
A defined piece of work, done right.Clear scope. Clear price.
Sometimes you don’t need ongoing support — you need one thing done well. GHARD handles fixed-scope and time-based projects with a clean proposal, clear assumptions, and no surprises.
How projects work
GHARD recommends the right structure — fixed-scope or time-based — then presents the deliverables, assumptions, timeline, revision rounds, and terms for your approval before any out-of-plan work begins. Active subscribers receive a project discount on the GHARD fee.
Fixed-scope work
A defined deliverable at an approved price — even when we work efficiently.
Time-based work
Billed on actual time, with disclosed minimums and clear terms.
A clean proposal
Deliverables, exclusions, assumptions, timeline, and revisions up front.
Approval before work
No out-of-plan work begins until you’ve approved the structure.
Examples of project work
- Building a complete safety program from the ground up
- Handbook overhaul or policy library development
- HR process assessments and documentation systems
- Compensation structures, job families, and career paths
- Supervisor training and harassment-prevention programs
- An HR Checkup across up to twenty key areas
